U by Kotex Click in Super, which holds 9–12g on the US absorbency scale. The compact applicator is smooth and rounded, and each tampon is individually wrapped. The applicator arrives collapsed and clicks out to full length before use.

1. Wash your hands, then unwrap and check that the string is secure.
2. Click the applicator out to full length until it locks.
3. Insert, push the inner tube fully, then remove the applicator.
4. Change at least every 8 hours, as stated on the package.
5. Wrap the used tampon and applicator and put them in the bin — never flush them.
