U by Kotex Click in Regular + Super, which holds 6–12g on the US absorbency scale. The compact applicator is smooth and rounded, and each tampon is individually wrapped. Regular and Super in one box, so a single pack covers a whole cycle.

1. Wash your hands, then unwrap and check that the string is secure.
2. Click the applicator out to full length until it locks.
3. Insert, push the inner tube fully, then remove the applicator.
4. Change at least every 8 hours, as stated on the package.
5. Wrap the used tampon and applicator and put them in the bin — never flush them.

What is in the mixed box?

Both Regular + Super tampons, 6–12g between them on the US scale. The absorbency words are federally standardised, so they mean the same on any US brand.
