The Honey Pot Company Cooling Herbal Panty Liners - Regular - 30 Count

The Honey Pot Company panty liners, 191mm long, 30 to a box. The cover is organic cotton and the core is infused with mint, aloe, lavender and rose essential oils, which produce a cooling feeling on contact. Korean liner packs are usually 20 to 40 pieces, so the length in millimetres is the straightforward way to compare these with what you use now.

1. Peel the liner from its wrapper and remove the adhesive backing.
2. Press it into your underwear, adhesive side down.
3. The cooling feel is strongest in the first few minutes and fades as you wear it.
4. Change every few hours or as needed — the package advises no more than 8 hours.
5. Wrap the used liner and put it in the bin — never flush it.
