1. Unfold the pad and peel the backing from the centre strip and both wings.
2. Press the pad onto your underwear, then fold the wings under and press them down.
3. The cooling feel is strongest in the first few minutes and fades as you wear it.
4. Change every 4 to 8 hours or as needed, and don't wear one pad longer than the box advises.
5. Wrap the used pad and put it in the bin — never flush it.
