Tampax Pearl in a trio pack of Super + Super Plus + Ultra — 44 Super, 22 Super Plus, 16 Ultra, 82 in total. The heavier end of the range — this box has no Light or Regular in it. If you want the lighter absorbencies, the 86 count trio pack has Light, Regular and Super instead. Each tampon is individually wrapped.

1. Wash your hands, then unwrap and check that the string is secure.
2. Hold the grip and position the applicator.
3. Insert, push the inner tube fully, then remove the applicator.
4. Change at least every 8 hours, as stated on the package.
5. Wrap the used tampon and applicator and put them in the bin — never flush them.
