About This Product
Saalt Disc is a reusable silicone disc. It sits flat, higher up than a cup, and collects flow rather than absorbing it. Saalt makes it in the USA.
Each size comes in one color: Regular is Coastal Blue and Small is Sunset Coral.
Which size:
- Regular — 66 mm, 50 mL. Saalt suggests it for normal to heavy flow, a higher cervix, or new disc users.
- Small — 56 mm, 30 mL. Saalt suggests it for light to normal flow or a lower cervix.

How to Use
- Before first use and between cycles, boil the disc in water for 4–5 minutes.
- Wash your hands. Pinch the disc in half, insert it back and down, then tuck the front rim up behind the pubic bone.
- Empty, rinse and reinsert at least every 12 hours, as printed on the box. Rinse with cold water first, then wash with warm water and a mild, fragrance-free cleanser.
- To remove, hook a finger under the rim and pull it out slowly, keeping it level.
- Store it in the breathable carry bag, not an airtight container.

Personal-use orders valued at USD 150 or less clear duty-free. Above that, duties and VAT may apply, and we flag it before you pay. Feminine-care items clear as personal-use quantities, so if you plan to order several of the same item at once, message us first and we will split the shipment.
