Peet's Coffee was founded in Berkeley, California in 1966 by Alfred Peet, a Dutch coffee importer who taught the founders of Starbucks how to roast — Peet's predates and helped create the entire American specialty coffee industry. The K-Cup line brings the company's signature dark-roast 100% Arabica beans into the Keurig brewer ecosystem. Each pod is designed to brew a full 8 fl oz cup of Peet's-style strong, deeply roasted coffee.
Brew notes: Major Dickason's is the flagship full-bodied dark roast; House Blend is the brighter, daily-driver dark roast; Chalet is a smoother medium-dark; Organic Alma de la Tierra is the USDA Organic dark roast.
