How to Use
  1. Apply OPI Nail Lacquer color (2 thin coats), allow each coat to dry.
  2. Wait 1-2 minutes after final color coat for color to fully set.
  3. Apply 1 thin coat of OPI Matte Top Coat over the entire nail.
  4. Cap the free edge of the nail.
  5. Allow 2-3 minutes to dry — matte coats take roughly the same drying time as glossy.
  6. Do NOT layer with regular Top Coat afterward — it will restore gloss and defeat the matte effect.

Don't apply Top Coat too thick — it will take longer to dry and can cause smudging in the color underneath. Two thin coats are better than one thick one.
Capping the free edge (the tip of the nail) with Top Coat is the single most important durability step. Without it, color chips from the edge inward — most manicure failure starts at the tip.
