Malibu C Hard Water Wellness Conditioner is a daily rinse-out conditioner in a large 1-liter bottle. Malibu C's Hard Water Wellness line is made for people who wash their hair in hard, well or softened water.
It pairs with the Hard Water Wellness Shampoo, also in 1 liter, listed separately.
