The LeapStart 3D is a stylus-shaped audio reader that brings LeapFrog's specially-designed books to life. Touch the stylus to any page and the system responds — reading text, answering questions, playing songs, running mini-activities tied to the page artwork.
Over 30 LeapStart books are available, covering letters, reading, math, science, problem-solving, and licensed favorites (Disney, Bluey, Peppa Pig, Paw Patrol). The system itself comes with one starter book; additional books are sold separately. Books are reusable — same book gives different activities at different developmental levels.
Battery-powered (4× AA), USB jack for connecting to a computer to download new content or update firmware. This is the system; without LeapStart books, it's just a stylus.

Q: Will older LeapReader books work?
A: No — LeapStart and LeapReader are different formats and not compatible. LeapStart system only works with LeapStart books.
Q: Is the audio in Korean?
A: No — English only. This is a tool for English exposure and reading support.
