Whole bean coffee retains flavor longer than pre-ground — grind immediately before brewing for best results. Recommended grind settings: coarse for French press, medium for drip coffee, fine for moka pot, extra-fine for espresso. Standard brewing ratio is 1:16 (15 g beans to 240 mL water) for drip; 1:2 (18 g beans to 36 g liquid) for espresso. Re-seal the valve bag tightly after each use and use each bag within 4 weeks of opening for peak freshness.
