About This Product
A menstrual disc sits flat, higher up than a cup, and collects flow instead of absorbing it. This is Flex's reusable version: one silicone disc you wash and reuse cycle after cycle.
If you have tried Flex's disposable discs, this is the same shape in a reusable material. The box also includes two disposable discs, which are handy as a backup or for travel.

How to Use
- Wash your hands. Before first use, wash the disc with warm water and a mild, fragrance-free cleanser.
- Pinch the disc in half and insert it back and down, then tuck the front rim up behind the pubic bone.
- Empty, rinse and reinsert at least every 12 hours, as printed on the box.
- To remove, hook a finger under the front rim and pull it out slowly, keeping it level.
- At the end of your period, wash it and store it in the pouch. Read the full instructions in the box before first use.
