How to Use
- Brush teeth as normal before bed.
- Pour 10-20 mL into the cap.
- Swish vigorously around all areas of the mouth for 30 seconds.
- Spit out the mouthwash. Do NOT swallow.
- Go directly to bed — do not eat, drink, or rinse for the rest of the night.
