Massage the paste along the gum line with the toothbrush in addition to brushing the teeth themselves. The activated foam is wasted if you only brush tooth surfaces — the gum line is where the formula does its real work.
How to Use
- Apply a pea-sized amount to a soft-bristled toothbrush.
- Brush for at least 2 minutes, deliberately massaging along the gum line at 45-degree angle.
- Let the foam build up — don't rinse mid-brush.
- Use 2× daily for 4+ weeks for visible gum health improvement.
- Spit; do not rinse immediately to maximize ingredient contact.
