1. Unfold the pad and peel the backing from the centre strip and both wings.
2. Press the pad onto your underwear, then fold the wings under and press them down.
3. Change every 4 to 8 hours or as needed, and don't wear one pad longer than the box advises.
4. Wrap the used pad in its wrapper and put it in the bin — never flush it.

Is Always the same as Whisper (위스퍼)?

Yes. Always is P&G's name for the brand in the US; the same company sells it as Whisper in Korea and much of Asia. The US range has different sizes, counts and lines, which is why the length is stated here.
